Part of a paid listing, at no extra charge to you. Families pay your registration fee by card, in full or monthly, and the money goes to your own bank account.

You set what you receive. A service fee is added on top and is shown to the family in full before they pay, so you are never short and they are never surprised.

Where the $28.86 goes. It is WhereTheyPlay's service fee. We pay Stripe's card processing cost out of it, which is a bit more than half on this example, and WhereTheyPlay keeps the rest. Families are told the same thing before they pay.

Families can pay in up to 4 monthly payments. A plan costs them exactly the same total as paying at once, with no interest and no late fees. The full schedule is shown before they agree to it.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your organization connects its own Stripe account and its own bank details. On these plans we never ask a family for the name, age or date of birth of a child, so keep using your own signup form for your roster. We never ask for a date of birth on any plan.
